Returns & Refunds

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because every Sacred Iron piece is engraved to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Each piece is made specifically for you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Apparel & Non-Engraved Items

For non-custom items (apparel, accessories without personalization), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@sacredironco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
